      Pros

      Quite Helpful team. Good and quick Learning curve. Good for staying updated on latest technologies. Good for all levels – starter and experienced. I would recommend it to all.

      Cons

      Stringent Policies for average performers. More into .net platform.

      Pros

      Their Processes and systematic way of working helps a lot ahead in the future. It is helping me now in other company. I respect this company now though when working there I used to wonder why they follow cumbersome processes.

      Cons

      Though I used to be negative all the time while working in the organization but now when I understand my job roles better and seeing my current company , I do not see any cons now in Technousa.

      Pros

      Good facilities and transparent system. I even got a percent share in their profits as I worked on some very critical projects. It was a huge bonus.

      Cons

      No transport / cab facility and stringent about timings.
