they went through 3 employees in 3 months. The turnover is insane whether it is them letting people go or people deciding to leave because there is no structure. I'd choose carefully. This comment is "endorsed" by multiple former employees.

The office does not have a window, everyone leaves early but if you do that you'll get in trouble. You are constantly told not to work fast, must follow contract or the company loses money. The company isn't doing well financially. They operate like a small town, everyone knows what you had for lunch. The Jr. Analyst job is underpaid and expendable. If you follow this company, you'll see a trend where they hire and fire who ever is in this position in the span of a few years. Not sure why its done but it is. Lots of office politics.
