Not much leaves. No growth in salary or position. Total partiality by managers and HR. No new technology as working style is traditional like word and excel. Not good at accepting changes. Nothing new to learn as all projects are internal. Old employees and seniors with no market knowledge or strategies. Increment based on buttering with reporting managers. Employees with no satisfaction. Frustrating culture.
