So far, this company has been a good one. I haven't been micromanaged by upper management and when I've made suggestions they have been heard. The benefits are fairly basic, but they are a smaller company.

Cons

Benefits like educational expenses don't kick in until you are with the company for a year. Also, their PTO is not as good as my previous company.
