Pros

Working at Techligent Systems Inc. was a very good experience. I worked there for 5 years when I was starting my career. Started as an Business Analyst and worked my way up to a Project Manager. With competitive salary and incentive structure. Company culture is hands down the best I've experienced. A truly collaborative organization filled with smart people who genuinely care about the professional growth of their peers and want to help each other. It almost sounds too good to be true - but in actuality, this firm is peaking.

Cons

They don't run training programs, which can be helpful.

Pros

Good work environment. These people are really good to work with, lots of activity taking place all the time and the people are very helpful and involved. Always go out of their way to provide advice and guidance. Enjoying every bit of being part of the Company.

Cons

Some initial disappointments on joining up but those were mostly because of some misconceptions about the job.
