Flexible timing. Supportive nature of management Very good support from management initially but there is some hidden agenda mentioned in cons behind this.

Cons

Company offers average salary on joining by giving promises for sat-sun off and handsome increment which will feel fool after some time. Yearly increment comes 1.5-2.0 years with Rs.3200 only. For few people sat sun is working due to their low performance like punishment. Work pressure after office hours. 12 hrs working daily at the end of day.
