      None worth mentioning except they pay ok when you get ot.

      They treat us like machines.

      Since the early 80's, Techcrane has established itself as a known entity that produces a quality product to their clients. It is unfortunate that some have bad experiences working here. The Oil and Gas industry is a demanding industry. We pay higher than market rates and we demand from our team. Those that work here will agree.

Techcrane is a diverse entity that has served the Oil and Gas industry for over 35 years. Our team is currently at 30 and we look forward to the near future as the market picks back up.

      Owner is too demanding

      None unless you count the promised lunch that never happened.

      Cons

      Owner would constantly berate people over the radio throughout the production area. Everyone with a radio would hear him dissing on the person. Some of the office staff felt as if you were owned by them and you had to stop what you were doing right then and there and report to them just to answer a question.

      Running a small business is challenging. We are not certain as to the lunch that never happened. We celebrate every year many events that Techcrane purchases, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas meals for its employees. We celebrate when we can. Our work is tough sometimes throughout the ebbs and flows of the Oil and Gas business. We understand that you were unhappy and we wish you the best of luck on your journeys.
