Take care of their employee on a personnel level Timely payment and bonus of any extra work Constantly training to upscale their employee with latest Technology A very friendly and team oriented environment

Cons

At time the response is slow but whenever they give time they always give enough on a one to one basis.

I joined a junior Shaire Point Developer and the company and their team helped me to make sure that I under that latest technology where they spend extra time and money to ensure that I provide optimum result at client side

Cons

They are sometime slow in getting few things done but mostly they are on time
