It’s a hybrid settings, that’s the only good thing about TeamAce.
Cons
No work life balance at all, they want your life to revolve around their work. Working till very late at night, too much unnecessary pressure. They basically don’t want you to have a life outside their work. They believe talking to you anyhow is okay but you can’t retaliate back.
