- There are some really great people but unfortunately they are weighed down by the incompetence of key colleagues and leadership. - inept, entitled and rude CEO who cannot lead the company to success. He treats people like idiots and humiliates people in front of colleagues. He is self-serving, egotistical and completely lacking in self-awareness. - The obsession with AI without any real strategy or direction is a recipe for disaster. the AI slop being churned out is embarrassing. - No bonuses, average salaries, lack of progression and a general sense of dissatisfaction amongst employees. - You just have to read the anonymous questions on the town hall meetings to understand the frustration and anger towards the company. - lots of layoffs which are not handled well by the company. - poor culture as a result of toxic environment the CEO creates

- No autonomy to make change. - Poor career opportunities, and low budget for headcount. - Very few social events (Met the team once in 8 months). - Often excluded from meetings unless you can speak German. - Very little communication with Manager. 1-1's feel like a tick-box exercise.
