No workman's comp. No communication. Owner is petty and spiteful. Terrible benefits, poor pay(at least for early childhood, and they don't tell you about the shift differential during orientation) onboarding process felt uninformed/misleading. Asked for a duplicate W2 and they wanted to charge $30 and make me send in a self addressed, stamped envelope. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Cant really ever be fired unless you're background is really really bad even then people with convictions still work here including assault and that's not the worst of them.
Cons
Owner is horrible and has unjustifiable behaviors such as screaming, using profanity and slurs. Cops have been to office for welfare checks because of the yelling at his employees.
Office is trashy and stuck in the 70s. Constantly let's his dogs pee everywhere pretty sure they really run the place. Have been told cant move up or be respected in the company unless you're married.
