      Pros

      Hours are good and job is good with most of the guys when out in the field. Cranes are in really good shape, but barely used

      Cons

      Poor manage to, bad attitudes from the real higher up who have been there way too long. Spent more time moving junk around the warehouse and auctions.

      The guys in the field are about the only pros.

      Cons

      Everything else. A ceo that doesn't have any inkling on how to do anything as far as services that we offer, aside form banging the employees. An owner that doesn't give any actual thought about his people as long as it's his way!!
