Lowest pay compared to other agencies - $3, management will become toxic when you submit your resignation, they will hold your pay without warning even if it's 3-4 cut-offs and you have to beg for them to process it. A lot of VAs couldn't get their last pay due to their process that changes every time: poor management and very low pay.

I've been working at this company for 5 years, and it's been a truly disappointing experience. They offer the lowest rates for Virtual Assistants, with an annual raise of only $0.50 at most. The maximum hourly rate is capped at $4, and once you reach this ceiling, you're forced to take on additional management tasks as a 'mentor' without any increase in pay. The benefits are almost non-existent. You get only 4 paid leaves per year, and the health insurance (HMO) is only 50% covered by the company, with the remaining 50% paid by the employee. They do not process or offer any government benefits, including taxes. Management is unsupportive and only checks in when you're low on work hours or don't have any clients, showing a complete lack of empathy. I strongly advise against applying to this company, no matter how desperate you are. It has been the worst professional experience of my life.
