      -Extremely flexible hours (you can arrange your own work hours) -Excellent support for tutors -Excellent safeguarding procedure -Access to a range of CPD -Smooth processes (e.g. payment, intranet, reporting etc.)

      Cons

      -No travel expenses paid (but hourly rate is sometimes adjusted for longer journeys) -Seasonal (very little work available during holidays)
