      Pros

      Likeminded and fun coworkers. Small company producing things with care, by hand. I don't have enough positives to reach the minimum word requirement.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay along with sexist environment. Management tries to compensate low pay by annual camp trip and sporadic beer Fridays. Cool factor fades fast when you realize there is little room for growth.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and third party products.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and sense of direction. Was belittled and disproportionately compensated because they believed I had a "silver spoon". Very apparent drop in quality of in-house products. Limited resources to do much and no upward growth.
