They fired one of my ex co-workers after a 3 year career with them since his overal health condition deteriorated. He is suffering from cerebral palsy. I have no further comments to describe this atrocity.

This company has committed a heinous act. They will fire you or not hire you at all if you have a medical condition, even though this condition doesn't prevent you from doing your job. They discriminate against hard-working people, people who have dedicated themselves to the company, just because they have a disability. They won't give you a reason for the termination.
