a Very third class organisation with no HR Policies and Procedures. No Good Practices are being followed. The owner and His Son are playing dirty games with employees. Dont join them
It is a stable company. The company helps raw talent to hone their skills and guides them to be able to serve the industry and themselves earn better.
Cons
Nothing grossly wrong with the company but as it is with the Transcription Industry the growth opportunities are really not there for people who are driven by growth. As you strive for higher salaries with increase in your expertise you need to look outside.
