Management can't decide the direction, it changes all the time. Doing reorganization without transparency and replacing people that are needed.

- Whole company is very poorly organized and the management cannot really guide the company to a right direction. Too young and unexperienced managers causing a lot of frustration and bad feelings among employees - Product strategy is really bad and the product offering is not competitive compared to competitors. Development hardly exists and the products are far beyond modern HR tools - Compensation is low and benefits do not exist. AVOID this company for all costs!
