The company reads their code of values each week during a meeting, which a joke. The founder expects everyone to work 24/7 and nothing is ever good enough.
Excellent people to work with. All interesting people who understand that life exists outside of work

Extended (three years) timeline to senior associate, and another three years to VP, which is longer than typical for the industry. Pay is variable by when you joined and years of experience but is generally 15% or so below market for a comparable LMM buyout firm
