Flexible Timings Weekend Off Timely Salary on every 5th of month Leave available (No Indian holiday though)
Cons
After 10 yrs also you will do the same job (you will get the increment though). Rare interaction with Management, you cant share your issues with anyone apart from your immediate boss (which is never helpful). No Human resource development team to look into employees need. No proper training given to new employee or to update skills to experienced employee. no proper team structure or performance management criteria. People are getting fired on the SMS ... No one month or two week Notice or email or formal termination letter given after all they have a family to support to.
