Pros

The only pro is that I got to work with smart people and learnt from them.

Cons

1.Safe to say the worst company I have ever worked. They register high turnover rate annually. 2. The "management" is the worst imaginable, the enviroment is endlessly toxic and the owners delusional. 3. The top management's poor behavior trickles down to all levels of the company. Employees are treated as mere resources and their well being is ignored

A glorified kiosk

Pros

Work location is relatively flexible. Work-life balance is above average

Cons

Glorified Kiosk Despite posting massive annual turnover, the company is essentially run like a small family kiosk. Decisions are driven by insecurity rather than strategy and external expertise is seen as a threat rather than an asset. This mindset is a recipe for long-term failure. No Income Growth Employee earnings are on a steady decline. Whenever staff begin to earn substantial commissions, management intervenes to cut them down, regardless of the impact on sales. It’s less about performance and more about reminding you who’s in charge. Poor Structure There is no clear organizational structure or role separation. Everyone ends up doing everything, leading to inefficiency and confusion. The lack of defined systems almost feels intentional, ensuring no one becomes indispensable. No Career Growth There is no career progression here. The very few top management positions are reserved for family members. With no income growth and no path upward, the environment feels exploitative, like working on a cotton farm. Most employees are kept on three-month renewable contracts, leaving them insecure and distracted instead of focused on their jobs. No Benefits The company offers nothing beyond a basic salary. There are no bonuses, gratuities, pensions or medical insurance. Employees receive no training courses, no professional development opportunities, no loans and no scholarships. Career growth or personal advancement is viewed as a threat rather than something to be encouraged. I could go on but don't want to appear too negative.
