Pros

It's one of the only places to work in Athens, GA, that isn't the University of Georgia.

Cons

There is a reason TSAV has difficulty keeping talented employees: the management team -- the CEO, in particular -- does not allow trained audio visual professionals to make decisions on their own, but instead makes hasty, uninformed decrees that cause projects to go over budget in both time and money. (This is such a common occurrence that employees have a nickname for the phenomenon.) Employees are required to work a minimum 47.5 hour work week (8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday), with employees in the field commonly working between 50 and 60 hours a week.

Pros

It is one of the few companies to work for in Athens that isn’t retail, service industry, University or the hospital system

Cons

General feeling of dissatisfaction amongst employees... Favoritism. Not the greatest work environment - the company is known for this across town.

We are always looking for ways to enhance training and development opportunities to ensure our team is equipped with the necessary expertise.
