I didn't see any cons

First of all, it is not a software company. It is a consultancy which outsources people to clients. All the good reviews that you see here are written by recruitment team only. Go for the negative reviews only then you will get the true picture of this so called company. There is no proper office. The washroom stinks. There is no cafetaria. No proper policies and procedures. You will have to wait for 6 months to go on a vacation for one week else go on loss of pay. They have only 2 portals - webmail and payroll. That's it. They dont have any other portal where you can see the policies or raise any kind of request. They dont have portal even for resigning. You cannot track your leaves at all. They miscalculate the salaries and dont even consider verifying the calculations when prompted. Instead they say that we are fools. I have never seen any employee staying there for more than one year. If the client releases you, truglobal will also release you. So no job security at all. They pay good to attract you but beware!! it is a trap!
