- Tron is definitely one of the leading companies in the Blockchain Industry - Ownership of your work: highly disruptive and making a difference - Great office loction, great view of Bay Bridge, snacks and daily lunch caterings - Startup culture which I love, need to be self-starters - Health care benefits - Justin Sun has profound visions and even greater executions - Great office culture, people are nice and professional, very solid team I'd say

- As much as TRON's global exposure, with 300+ employee, it is still a relatively new start-up (mainnet launched mid-2018), so the pace is definitely on the faster side - After the acquisition of BitTorrent, the company is taking some time to digest and formalize things. however, like I said, this is a great place for people who are genuinely interested in Blockchain technology and cypto
