Get to work with some of the biggest names in business all over the world. Small staff has a family feel environment. Very laid back dress code. You get your own office and there isn't a corporate ladder to compete for a spot at the top. As you improve and impress you are given promotions to grow in your role and grow your value instead of moving up a chain. Everyone works together great. Management is really improving on employee recognition and allowing employees to take ownership of their role and their place in the company's success.

You are treated as a person not a number. Company focused on taking care of customer (not nickel and dimming). Customer want to talk to you! No micro -management, as long as your are getting the job done you are pretty much you own boss. Not high stress environment, some stress now and then but good work / life balance. Except for one very negative person in the company, rest of the team is very helpful.
