Bad recruitment and contract management. "Topic" can not earn money from engineering so they are trying to earn money from consultancy. However, they are doing it in very unprofessional way. They will put you in a waiting lounge and you will have interviews with client companies meanwhile. The problem is that during this duration, you will be exposed with hysterical and unstable behaviour of managers. Recruiter manager is coming from hotel industry and humilates people and exaggerates evertyhing. he other weird manager calls himself both technical and contract manager. He messes up everything blames and yells you when the interview is not ok. The other business managers are one day good one day bad. Very neurotic and unstable company. They even dont pay your flight ticket costs telling you it will be amortized in 3 years.

-They don't have much clients, they hire engineers based on their technical skills, put them in a waiting area, and if they can't find them a valid position they fire them brutally. - Indoor projects are almost impossible to get into. - Lack of honesty and transparency. -Consultants with a profile X get intakes in a whole different field Y, you can refuse to do the intake but that will eventually result in you getting fired indirectly. -The offer/salary/whole package is pretty pathetic compared to the competitors.
