      Management has little understanding of what they want. Confusing changing requirements as time goes on.

      Pays well and is a good opportunity to get into the industry.

      Cons

      Management does not support employees and will be very willing to blame and turn small problems into CAPA offenses. Not willing to allow teamwork, wants everyone to work independently and never have any support.
