Working at TMX Transform was the most disappointing professional experience I’ve had. While the contract states an 8-hour workday, the reality often meant working 10–12 hours daily, frequently at inconvenient times due to timezone mismatches. There is no sense of work-life balance — long hours are expected and normalized.
The company culture is deeply toxic. Collaboration is virtually nonexistent, with individuals more focused on self-preservation than true teamwork. There are too many middle managers whose primary function seems to be micromanagement and holding endless, unproductive meetings.
Professional growth is almost non-existent. There’s no structured development plan, no mentorship, and no real opportunity to learn or advance your skills. Interactions between colleagues are transactional at best, the environment feels cold, mechanical, and devoid of genuine human connection. It’s a culture driven more by profit than purpose.
If you’re considering a role here, I strongly advise you to reconsider. The high turnover rate among UK staff speaks for itself , and I wouldn’t wish the experience I had on anyone.
