      Colleagues are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      HR couldn't care less. The most management institute I have ever stayed. No clear career path.

      NTU/NUS is much better if you wanna do good research in SG

      Pros

      Can expect work-life balance, if you can find a good PI/lab in TLL. Meanwhile, NTU/NUS provide much better and open environment for research

      Cons

      The HR couldn't care less about employee's benefits or well-being. Sometimes they can be quite manipulative. Be careful when dealing with them! Management has become too powerful, sometimes can be irresponsive and rude.
