No scope to progress No loyalty to long serving staff One rule for staff and one rule for management No company sick pay Poor Salary, no competitive at all Management is two faced I would not recommend TKC as they treat you poorly. Management have favourites and if you are their favourites great, but the others are are just a number to them.
