      Fun team to work with Casual work environment Flexible work from home policy Lunch can be expensed for all employees

      Cons

      Lack of innovation in a crowded market Poorly managed product roadmap Severely buggy releases, and a focus on adding on new features instead of improving existing systems Emails from leadership routinely contain incomplete sentences, spelling and grammar mistakes Impossible to collaborate with some members of the company Difficult to succeed unless you're prepared to be the loudest voice in the room No 401k match

      Complete lack of direction

      - $10/day reimbursement for lunch - $100/mo self-improvement stipend - $80/mo commuting benefit - Remote work policy

      Cons

      - Constant shift in strategy - Mismanagement from "senior" roles - Co-Founders seem to have lost their passion - You will get paid on the low end of the salary range for your job - Not many career growth opportunities unless you want a bloated title - Hire -> Fire -> Hire mentality - Unfair workplace (some employees meet bare minimum, some are required to go above and beyond) - Lots of gossip (found out about company lay offs prior to getting laid off due to a drunken member of the C-Suite running their mouth to my former coworkers)
