The only good thing I can say is the pay based on unionized labor
Cons
The worst thing about Tilcon is that it is like working for a brood of vipers, they boast about being a company concerned about safety, integrity and quality on which none of it is true. They degrade and belittle their employees of whom work so hard for them.
