Completely outdated management style. Competition against teammates is encouraged rather than a team environment. Education is considered bad. Very low accountability or interest in basic scientific methods. Bias is rife. Very flat org structure, almost no chance to get promoted. Lots of politics and pomp required to get promoted, but results are not necessary. Nepotism is abounding. Near complete lack of good technology on hand.
