      The working hours are flexible, which allows for a decent quality family time.

      Cons

      TEOCO makes promises to its employees, and then goes on to blatantly ignore them, even if they are in writing. TEOCO's HR department has no strategy as they are basically bound by the unilateral decisions of the management. Teoco is struggling financially since it acquired Aircom, which proved to be a money loser.
