Management is truly lacking and it's not being addressed. You've got "old school" folks in running entire departments like HR. Not willing to raise the bar and thus the key employees who could push the company forward are leaving or have already left. Identity theft scam that impacted entire company due to negligent Finance temp sending out 2015 W2s.

Where do i start.... Management - Extremely political. All mid and high level decisions are make by a handful of people in the company. Everyone else will have to follow or stay away SW team - There is really good talent there but very badly managed. The turn over rate is pretty high Culture - Probably one of the worst working atmosphere I have ever experienced. Extremely poor work-life balance (which is why i recommend this company for new grads or people without families). Everyone is expected to work late hours. Some engineers are expected to travel to asia the same day they are notified.
