      it's a government job. You won't be fired for work related reasons.

      Cons

      to survive, you need to kiss up to those in power. Sane people do not last long here. You will see psychopaths and bystanders. They will keep coming after you for anything that sometimes you didn't even do. The only way to survive here is to be one of the politicians. The long lasted employees here are so imcompetent and have no where to go. Some of them even have reputations for being psychopatic. You can't be sane and want to learn anything here.
