Pros

Performance pay can be decent and fellow employees are great

Cons

They overwork their employees and then try to replace them when people get inevitily burnt out. CEO doesn't know how to speak to his employees. Very condescending and constantly being rude and picking fights. They expect their employees to be flawless robots who just roll over and do whatever they say, with no complaints or response (even when they're giving you a work load adequate for 4 people). And if they don't match their impossible standards, then they replace them.

Pros

Money can be decent at times but you sell your soul for it.

Cons

The owner, Theo, is a control freak and micro manager. He speaks down to anyone at any point in time, he could be wrong and still talk to you like you're the dumb one. If the owner makes a mistake on your paycheck and you inquire, he'll tell you that you only talk to him about money. The entire environment and culture is dictated by his mood from day to day. You will eventually be conditioned to walk on eggshells and stay far too long because the pay is DECENT for the role. There is no room for growth, not that anyone should want to spend any significant amount of time here. My colleagues that were there for 5-15 years have all been terminated or quit in the last year and been shorted on compensation owed to them. Benefits are nonexistent, no medical or dental, they're sticklers on attendance and offer no sick or personal time

Pros

Company will provide tools for the job

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. While still in training, you will be expected to meet a high production quota and will be unceremoniously fired when you fail to do so. This is not an IT job, this is a warehouse (read: no AC/heat) job - complete with the standard warehouse hazards (heat, dust, forklifts, chemicals...) All for 14 an hour with no benefits.

Good afternoon. We can completely understand the frustration of being unable to produce satisfactory results within the training period. However, unlike many of the companies in our industry, we pride ourselves on having extensively detailed work instructions. You were given the opportunity to literally keep your work instructions open throughout the entire course of your day, but chose not to, and made many mistakes as a result. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
