not much room for growth

Business structure is quite messy and many overlaps which is expected from a large corporation

Inability to extend the internship or move to other teams to garner a greater diversity of experience

Can’t think of any cons

Poor supportive leadership with inaccessible management, fostering little employee growth and encouragement particularly for anyone who is new to TAL and wants to make a go of it. Unless you have been in the place for many, many years, then be prepared for minimal support, limited growth opportunities, and feeling disposable

Nothing to note at this time

Overworked and understaffed, management don’t seem to care. Forced back to the office despite a pandemic still going. Social lunches and Xmas partys still proceeding so you feel you have to go during a pandemic. No work life balance we do insane hours and it’s just expected.

Not many opportunities for advancement, if any.
