      There are no pros to working with them, they don't pay you accordingly to the market.

      Cons

      - Low salary rates - No salary raise when they specified. - VERY BAD COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT TO EMPLOYEES - No Benefits - Non-compete disclosure clauses in the contract.

      Is a great opportunity to work with big companies, their clients and the staff is very professional, always they are open to talk about everything. Is a very good experience work with them.

      They will provide you what you will need on process, they give you easy way to get TN Visa. Keep in mind depending of project you will need to have enough knowledge about your technology as well they bring you the opportunity to work with big companies that help you as developer and profile

      Cons

      Some internal communication needs to improve, and probably you salary can be lower than American, just keep in mind they bring you opportunity to grow up, so that's why probably is low after some time can be higher by yourself
