      A Revolving Door For Employees....

      Pros

      They have current DOD contracts awarded to them. Competitive salary, although somewhat below average employee benefits compared to other companies. Straight forward hiring process.

      Cons

      Their management personnel lack the knowledge, training and/or military experience to effectively motivate or manage employees, not to mention the inability to actually lead people. There is a lack of trust or respect extended to employees and they are kept in the dark regarding contract status.

      Did not work for STF, do not have any pros to list.

      Cons

      Was offered employment with STF had a signed offer letter and after weeks of waiting for a start date HR reneged the offer instead saying the “customer had chosen to go in a different direction.” The situation was handled very unprofessionally and I’m disappointed with this process. They offered the position before they were in a position to actually offer and, again, ultimately reneged the offer. I won’t be accepting any future offers from STF.
