      Pros

      Systems alliance is a great company to work for and has an amazing management structure and staff to work with.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company it's salary ranges are typically on the lower end in comparison to industry standards.

      Pros

      SAI is a great company to work for and they have a really good company culture. I know "company culture" is sometimes an ambiguous thing and subjective to each persons experiences, but SAI is just a great place to work and has a lot of really intelligent people that are always willing to help you.

      Cons

      The only con that I saw was compensation. SAI is a small company so as a result the compensation that they're willing to provide to employees wasn't great. But if you are happy with the compensation that you're offered at SAI, then it's a great company to work for otherwise.

      Pros

      Over the years I have spent at SAI the owner/CEO and leadership have shown that they really care about employees and they regularly make changes to improve things. We have generous PTO and stock options now.

      Cons

      As a small company healthcare options are more limited but they do the best they can.
