The company is family owned and has ethical practices for employees and customers. You are treated like a person not a number, management and executives know your name and care about your family. While work has to be completed, there is a strong understanding of work life balance. Management is easy to approach and talk to. If you treat your job and peers with respect, you receive the same respect back. Zero tolerance for favoritism, etc. Good benefit package for size of company. Big customers, and commercial jobs.
Cons
Not corporate America growth pathways, however with this practice you promote and receive raises by working hard/ proving and adding value to the company. Pay is very competitive for Lebanon but a tad under Nashville, however the convenience to east of Nashville residents is well worth the difference.
