Good compensation compared to similar-sized service companies. Colleagues at peer level are helpful and collaborative. Exposure to multiple projects and technologies.

Cons

Extremely high pressure environment with unrealistic client commitments. Aggressive communication style from some project leads. Frequent overtime, including late nights is normalized. Developers are blamed for delivery delays caused by poor planning. No proper consideration for personal life or long-term sustainability. Micromanagement and lack of trust create continuous stress.
