Get some experience and find other ways out
Pros
Products are nice. The company spends a lot on media advertisement and review awards, which makes things easier for marketers. Most of my colleagues are young and nice. They make friends and fall in love. There are many couples in the office. Boundaries are blurred between a male manager and his female subordinates. This might not be professional, but the higher management seems to like it.
Cons
Flirting and sometimes off-color jokes of my prior manager with his favored subordinate in the office used to bother me. I was required to attend an off-site training(team building activities) on the weekend during the early stage of my pregnancy. When I asked for special treatment(rest indoors instead of rafting with others), the rejection I got was cocky and humiliating. Things can be this difficult when you are just not favored.
