-$150 pay deduction for a stop sign and hi-vis vest, and further $110 deduction when returning.
-"appreciation" cards, candies, giveaways that can just be turned into dollars and cents to our wages.
-Pay is only decent if you can supplement it with another source of income; a little less than $1000 a month is not enough to live off of in Toronto unless you're on: disability, a student, social security, or have a 2nd job.
