It's a good company if you are experienced. Work time is very flexible. No micro management. Need to work on one product.
Cons
Salary is not good. No fixed tape out date. Lots of system loss. No team playing. Lots of confusion.

CEO & Director & Manager are all friendly to their employees.
Cons
without order and with hard subcontractor. so a lot of consigned material was wasted by subcontractor. and they also did not want to improve their quality and yield. if you ask them to do any process change, they will charge you a lot.
