Freedom to work without a rigid schedule. A self-starter would really thrive in this work environment. Interesting and challenging projects involving cutting edge DSP, SDR and hardware acceleration techniques. Because of the small size of the organization, everyone's work has a direct impact on the direction and success of a project. Solid benefits and a great looking future as more projects keep rolling in.
