Family feel, Hong Kong office had good team work spirit to solve problems together to satisfy customer needs as first priority. Having measures to retain good employee, like promotion, and additional free stocks. Good and reasonable management to realize the business problems and find out appropriate solution.
Cons
Fast paces company due to the computer industry requirements. Need to work extra time at late night and travel somewhere unexpected, such as Mexico. However, the related business had been terminated due to the management decision.
