Free lunch on Wednesdays, ski trip ( cancelled this year), located in downtown SF, Ping pong table

Cons

Exodus of great, hard working employees has left recently. The company itself used to be a fun, well balance place to work. However, focusing on one big customer has really taken the attention from other important ones. New management handpick from the CEO has failed to lived up to their hype. They lack knowledge of the travel industry and do not have the relationships needed to make switchfly successful. The hard workers are working long hours and the lifers don't care.

There's a handful of quality people still left at this company. The smarter of them, which sadly doesn't include me, have already gone. The rest consist of people looking and people who are comfortable enough to live out their days phoning it in, literally.

Cons

I just don't know where to start.
