Pros

Lots of travel, training is good, get to work on very cool robotics.

Cons

It's sad that such an innovative company is so damaged by a hostile workplace. New management is confrontational and abrasive lacking empathy. Expected to work long ridiculous hours for embarrassing amounts of compensation. Workplace is very toxic and littered with crude humor and backstabbing.

Pros

I worked for the company five years. I loved it, for the first 3.5 years. The company was very customer-oriented and improved patient care. Customer service was valued over the quick buck.

Cons

Unfortunately, things changed. Swisslog became revenue-focused, and customer satisfaction dropped. The company is replete with incompetence, dishonesty, and greed.

Pros

Nice management, accommodating schedule, reasonable benefits, great staff, pretty scenery, decent location, decent amenities, all the coffee you can drink. Just bought and now owned by Kuka Robotics.

Cons

The pay is garbage. HR is incompetent and doesn't connect with employees on a personal level. They don't communicate well about what's going on in the company or about pay scale and have no training plan or established accension for any employee. They lowball every employee. Pay increases are 1-3% per year avg. They use the excuse that bc you get a bonus your salary can stay low and you don't deserve a salary increase. BS! Turnover is high bc of high work load and little direction from management. The managers are too overworked to provide the kind of mentoring and leadership needed in this fast paced environment. They mean well but also have to watchout for themselves and try to keep their heads above water. Expect long hours as a fact of life. 60+ per week is avg here just to keep up with the admin and project management. Travel percentage is at least 30%. You will work like it's your own company but without the benefits of it. The pace is unsustainable for long durations. Way too much wasted time inputting project financials into excel from an already upgraded financial system. Way too many meetings! Double work and a total waste of time. I'm updating my resume as I write this...
